Gochujang-Glazed Chicken Bowl with White Rice, Broccoli & Sweet Sesame Dressing
5 steps
Cook:20min
Whoever invented gochujang was a genius. Everything you add it to gets a little bit of the spicy, wow-inducing umami that makes so many Korean dishes so good. We use it as the not-so-secret ingredient in a glaze that's actually just sweet enough to balance the gochujang out and add big flavor to your chicken breast. Serve it in a big bowl of white rice and broccoli, tossed in sweet sesame dressing and finished with crunchy chow mein noodles and bright pickled cucumbers.
