Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, optionally sieve the flour as you add it
Step 2
Melt the butter on medium heat in a small pot as to not burn it. In a smaller bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
Step 3
Mix the dry and wet together and whisk well. Feel free to add a bit more milk if the batter feels too thick
Step 4
To a non-stick pan on medium-high heat add about ⅓ cup of the batter at a time, flipping once bubbles start to form. Buon appetito!
