Instructions

Step 1
To a blender cup or food processor add the cottage cheese, laughing cow cheese, jalapeño juice, nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder, and mustard. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the raw chicken into bite sized pieces or cubes. Season with the salt, paprika, and remaining pepper and garlic powder.
Step 3
Heat olive oil on medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until cooked through.
Step 4
While the chicken is cooking cook protein pasta (or whole wheat pasta) according to packaging.
Step 5
Combine pasta, chicken, and cheese sauce.
Step 6
Top with sliced jalapeños and freshly chopped chives. Serve and enjoy!
