Step 1
Baked/ air fry cubed tofu for 10mins at 400F
Step 2
Place a non-stick pan on high heat
Step 3
Add lotus root and beans with 1/4 cup water and cook for 4 mins
Step 4
Add chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup and toss/ mix
Step 5
Add baby bok choy and cook for 4 mins
Step 6
Add baked/ air fried tofu and toss/ mix well
Step 7
Add 1 tsp cornstarch to 1/2 cup cold water and stir until dissolved
Step 8
Add corn starch slurry to pan, remove from heat and mix until sauce thickens
