Instructions

Step 1
Heat wok at medium high heat. Coat wok with oil. Then cook the eggs. Once cooked remove and set aside.
Step 2
Reheat wok and add more oil. Toss in your minced garlic and then your cubed chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
Step 3
Add in rice and mix well with the chicken for 2 minutes. Then, add in your frozen veggies.
Step 4
Cook for 5 mins making sure frozen veggies are cooked through. Then add in oyster sauce and soy sauce, incorporate thoroughly.
Step 5
Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok, breaking it apart to smaller pieces.
Step 6
Serve with some Sriracha on top and enjoy!!!
