Defrost prawns
Step 2
Fry crispy onions
Step 3
Toast sesame seeds

Beat 4 eggs

Boil noodles

Wagga dressing

4tbsp soy, 1 tbsp Worcester sauce, 1/2 TSP caster sugar - heated

Marinate chicken

4 tbsp soy, 110g caster sugar

Cooking

Griddle pan chicken, grill both sides, put lid on and put to side.

Fry garlic, ginger and all veg

Add prawns, add chicken and eggs, add noodles and waga dressing

Fry remaining eggs

Plate up. Top with sesame seeds, crispy onions, pickled ginger, fried egg and chilli oil
