Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2
Split spaghetti squash, rub with olive oil and salt to taste
Step 3
Cook squash 40 minutes until tender. Cut in half. Using a fork, remove spaghetti squash strands from the squash and set aside.
Step 4
In a medium saucepan, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
Step 5
Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, pasta sauce and seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in squash, and top with cheese.
