Instructions

Step 1
1. Mash banana with almond milk and combine all ingredients into bowl
Step 2
2. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray and turn down to medium heat. Slowly and evenly pour the batter into the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes on one side
Step 3
3. Using a spatula, carefully lift the edge and take a peak. If it’s golden brown, it’s ready to flip! Carefully flip pancake and cook for another 3-5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and pancake is cooked through
Step 4
4. Remove from heat and top with ½-1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter and a pinch of cinnamon
