Mì Xào Dòn - Crispy Egg Noodles with Stir Fry

Instructions

Step 1
1 -2 cups Chicken broth depending how much sauce you like
Step 2
Set aside 1/4 cup chicken broth
Step 3
Add 1-2 Tbsp cornstarch to the chicken broth to use as slurry to thicken sauce

Prep your choice of proteins and veggies you prefer for the stir fry

I parboiled my shrimps but you don’t have to

Heat oil in deep wok or pot
Step 7
Add the Egg Noodles to the hot oil, flash fry each sides until crispy

Remove noodles then place on a large serving plate

In a separate wok or pan, add about 2 Tbsp cooking oil

Once oil is hot, add in the Ginger and Garlic

Sautéed for a couple minutes

Add in the Vegetables of your choice & proteins

Add Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, a pinch of Salt and a pinch of sugar, stir

Add Chicken Broth, stir everything well

Add Chicken Broth mixed with Cornstarch (slurry) to thicken sauce

Add in sesame oil and black pepper
Step 17
Once sauce has thicken, pour the stir fry over the crispy noodles and serve immediately

Dipping sauce

1 cut Jalepenos
Step 19
2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
Step 20
Mix Jalepenos and Sweet Soy Sauce together
