Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C. Lightly oil baking dish.

Put oats and baking powder in blender and blitz till ground.
Step 3
Whizz banana milk egg 2/3 of the maple syrup cinnamon and salt in blender until smooth. Stir wet and dry mixtures. Pour into greased baking dish.
Step 4
Peel halve core and slice pear. Toss the sliced pear with remaining half a tablespoon of maple syrup and scatter over the top.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until the new wet mixture remains, test with a skewer and it should come out clean. Go for 10 minutes before serving with yoghurt and drizzle of maple.
