Step 1
Step 1 Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, chipotle paste, coriander and chilli together in a bowl.

Step 2 If your recipe includes two tortillas, scatter half the cheese over one of the tortillas then top with the tuna mixture before adding the rest of the cheese.

Top with the remaining tortilla and press down to seal together.
