Instructions
Step 1
Lay salmon skin-side up in large oven-proof dish. Place asparagus and prawns on top. Add 6 cherry tomatoes halved. Add 1 lemon quartered. Add 4 anchovies chopped, 2 cloves of garlic crushed, sea salt, olive oil, basil leaves.
Step 2
Bake in hot oven (250degrees) for 20 minutes
Step 3
Serve with salsa verde and small jacket potatoes.

Salsa verde: bunch mint, bunch basil, 2 anchovies, 1 t capers, 2 cloves garlic, 1 t mustard. Sea salt. Red wine vinegar. Olive oil. Blend
