Ingredients

For the Chia Oats
2 cupsunsweetened almond milk
1can coconut cream
½ cupchia seeds
¾ cupsoats
2 Tbspmaple syrup
2 tspvanilla
salt
For the Caramelized Peaches
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together your ingredients for the oats and chia mixture and pour into your jars. Shake a couple times here and there if you can before bed, if not just give a good mix in the morning.
Step 2
Saute your peaches in butter till lightly browned then add everything else and allow a nice thick sauce to develop. Then set aside to cool.
Step 3
Once cooled I mixed in some filling to each one and placed a generous amount on top along with some granola.
Step 4
Enjoy for breakfast or even dessert !
