Ingredients
4 servings
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into 24, 1-inch cubes
1red bell pepper
cut into 8, 1- ch pieces
0.5red onion
cut into 8 wedges, separated into layers
8mushrooms
medium
½ cupteriyaki baste and glaze
cilantro
chopped, fresh, if desired
lime wedges
if desired
1yellow squash
cut into 8, 1-inch pieces
1green bell pepper
cut into 8, 1- ch pieces
Instructions
Step 1
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
Step 2
On 4 (12-inch) skewers, alternately thread chicken and vegetables, leaving about 1/4-inch space between each piece."
Step 3
Place skewers on grill over medium heat.
Step 4
Cover grill; cook 10 to 11 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are done as desired.
Step 5
During last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking, brush kabobs generously with teriyaki glaze and turn frequently.
Step 6
Sprinkle with cilantro; serve with lime wedges.
