Step 1
Put all ingredients together except for raisins/fruit/skyr and whisk
Step 2
Add raisins
Step 3
Heat coconut oil over medium heat
Step 4
Add three drops of pancake mix and cook until it bubbles and appears dry on top. These are intended to be drop/scotch pancakes (small ones, palm of your hand sized) with 3 drop pancakes making up a serving, but if you don't want to make small ones you don't have to!
Step 5
Flip pancakes and cook until browned on both sides
Step 6
Serve with fruit and skyr
