Instructions
Step 1
Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Cook the tagliatelle according to package directions until al dente.
Step 3
In a large skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant and tender.
Step 4
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook (6 minutes). Turn the heat down slightly, add flour, and sauté until the flour turns golden brown (3 minutes).
Step 5
Whisk in vegetable broth, thyme, salt (depending on the vegetable broth you use, we used a non-salted one) and pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer and thicken. Then stir in cream.
Step 6
Add the pasta to the sauce in the skillet. It's ready ! Serve hot and bon appétit !
