Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pan to for the pasta. When boiling, add the pasta and cook until al dente then put the pasta aside.
Step 2
In the meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Put the butter and garlic in a deep pot and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Turn the heat down to medium-low. Add the milk to the pan with the cream cheese and heat while whisking until the cream cheese and the milk are fully melted.
Step 4
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to whisk as the sauce. When the sauce thicks, turn the heat down to low-heat to keep the sauce hot. Season with salt and a generous amount of freshly cracked pepper.
Step 5
Add the fresh spinach to the sauce and mix in until it reduces.
Step 6
Finally, add the pasta to the spinach alfredo sauce and mix to combine. Serve immediately. ENJOY ❤️
