25gsugar
0.5 packagevanilla sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Mix buttermilk and eggs. Melt butter.
Step 2
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, butter. Rest for 10 minutes while heating pan.
Step 3
Bake until bubbling at top, then turn.
Step 4
Add toppings to taste.
