4 Cchicken broth

2eggs
boiled

0.25 lbbacon
cooked and crumbled

sliced almonds

3 ozcan pineapple
crushed

2 ozcoconut
unsweetened and shredded

diced

1tomato
chopped

0.5bell pepper
chopped

2green onions
sliced

2radishes
sliced

4 ozcheddar
shredded

4 ozmandarin oranges
Instructions
For the Gravy
Step 1
Boiled the chicken in the broth until the chicken reaches 165⁰, remove to a bowl and shred using w forks or a hand mixer.


Step 2
Thicken broth with cornstarch (1T with 1/4 c water). Season with salt and pepper.
To Serve
Step 3
Place 1/2 c rice in a bowl, followed by your desired toppings, and ending with the gravy.

Alternative message to make a creamy sauce
Make a creamy white sauce:
1/4 c butter and flour 2 c milk
3/4 t salt
Pepper to taste After it’s thick, add 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 cup cooked, diced chicken. Heat and serve. It feeds about 8 normal people.
