Instructions
Step 1
Steep tea bags in 3 cups hot water. Place dates in tea and soak overnight.
Step 2
Remove dates from tea and reserve 3 tbsp brewed tea.

In food processor blend dates until fully chopped

Place oats, almonds and dates in large mixing bowl (and other additions) and set aside
Step 5
Warm maple syrup, reserved tea, and peanut butter in small saucepan over low heat. Stir and pour over oat mixture and mix.
Step 6
Form into balls using a cookie scoop, spoon or hands (I wet my hands periodically).
Place in airtight container with pieces of parchment paper between stacked layers. Let firm up in frig or freezer for 15-20 min.
