Step 1
Put the honey, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over a low heat and warm through. Stir well, remove from the heat and stir in the lime zest, juice and spring onions. Leave to cool. Put the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour over the sauce. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to Fan 200 and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Step 3
Fry the salmon for 2 minutes on each side in a little low calorie cooking spray. Transfer the fillets to the baking tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Put the leftover marinade in a small saucepan over a low heat. Boil the broccoli and pak choi separately until ready.
