Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken thighs in a bowl and season them with red chilli, turmeric, oil, salt, and yoghurt (1Tbs). Mix it together. Leave for 45 min. Cover with foil.
Step 2
On a frying pan put a piece of butter, 1 garlic minced,1 onion chopped, half of can of smashed tomatos, red chilli powder, and tomato sauce! Cook it and then put into a blender. Add water to make more sauce.
Step 3
In the other pan fry the chicken on a little butter. Add the sauce on the chicken while it is still cooking. Add more garam masala and heavy cream.
