¼ tablespoonground black pepper
1 tablespoonall spice
¼ tablespoonground cloves
¼ tablespoonground cinnamon
¼ tablespoonground nutmeg
¼ tablespoonground cardamom
¼ tablespoonchili powder
¼ tablespoondried oregano
1 tablespoonsalt
¼ cuplemon juice
3 tablespoonsvinegar
1 cupyogurt
4 clovesgarlic
finely minced or squeezed
3 poundsboneless skinless chicken breast
thinly sliced horizontally
Instructions
Step 1
Make the marinade: Mix together yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, and spices in a big bowl.
Step 2
Add in the thinly sliced chicken slices. Mix well and marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 4
When all the chicken has been skewered, top the skewer with half a tomato.
Step 5
Place the tray with the tower into the oven and bake for 1 hour.
Step 6
Remove and slice thinly. Serve as a sandwich, salad topper, or bowl.
