Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Sauteed onions

Step 2
Slice the onion.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions and seasoning. Fry for about 3min until they start turning slightly brown.

Add 2 tbsp of water and stir. Fry for another minute. Repeat this step 2-3 times until the onions become golden brown.

Burger patty

Step 5
Form two balls of equal size from the meat.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. First, place one meat ball in the pan. Place a piece of baking paper over it and flatten it with a spatula. Repeat the step with the other. Season with salt and pepper and fry for about 1,5min.
Step 7
Flip the patties. Again season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slices on top and let melt for about 1,5min. Place one patty over the other one.

Sandwich

Step 8
Spread each side of the toast with butter and toast until crispy and golden brown.
Step 9
Spread both toast slices with sauce.
Step 10
Top the bottom slice with the burger patties and sautéed onions.
Step 11
Stack the other toast slice on top and enjoy!
