Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, boil the peas for a couple minutes then drain and rinse under a cold tap
Step 2
2️⃣Now add the peas to a mixing bowl along with 1 peeled avocado + dried mint + lime juice + salt & pepper and gently mash together with a work until well combined
Step 3
3️⃣Finally, serve up between some bread and rocket and enjoy
