Instructions
Step 1
Cut up chicken and marinate it in the egg and garlic for 15 minutes
Step 2
Make sauce by mixing it all in a bowl
Step 3
Coat chicken in potato starch and fry until Amber coloured
Step 4
Boil egg and mash it up with mayo and chopped pickles
Step 5
Toss chicken in vinegar and serve
