Step 1
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds
Step 2
Boil squash in enough water to cover all the pieces. Once soft, take out and cut into smaller pieces. Make sure to keep the water.
Step 3
Add all of the other ingredients including seasonings. Whole bunches of cilantro are yummy. Simmer until thick.
