Instructions
Step 1
Run lentils under water and then throw them in a pan with some water (not too much, though). Let them cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add chopped onion.
Step 3
Pour over with tomato sauce, and add spices and corn. Let it cook for a while.
Step 4
Optional: serve with sour cream and thyme on top! And next time, you can try to add chickpeas or spinach!
