Instructions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a medium sized pot. Cook the garlic and red pepper flakes 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Step 2
Add veggie broth and water to the pot, bring to a boil.
Step 3
Slowly add grits to boiling water while stirring to prevent clumping.
Step 4
Add nutritional yeast, mustard and black pepper.
Step 5
Cook 5-10 minutes, stirring a lot, until grits are done. Check for seasoning.
