Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan on stove, on low-medium heat

Step 2
Add in a small amount of butter or cooking oil to the pan
Step 3
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and mix well with a fork or whisk.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture into pan slowly and wait until the edges are cooked to flip.
Step 5
Flip egg over and wait until both sides are cooked. Take out of pan and set ontop a chopping board.
Step 6
Cut scrambled eggs into small pieces, or preferred size and set aside.
Step 7
Slice spam into tiny cubes. Add to pan.
Step 8
Stir and cook spam cubes for 1 min and then take out of the pan. Set aside to cool.
Step 9
Crush and mince garlic cloves. Add to the pan, stir a couple of times then let it sit.
Step 10
Add in 2 cups of white rice (could be from leftover or freshly cooked) to pan. Stir/crush the rice so it's even distributed in the pan.
Step 11
Fold rice in pan, then add soy sauce on top. Stir until rice is a light brown color.
Step 12
Bring stove to medium heat and "flip" the rice with a wooden spatula.
Step 13
Add in spam cubes and egg to rice, and mix well to combine.
Step 14
Season rice mixture with salt and pepper
Step 15
Turn off heat and stir rice from pan for 5 minutes. Remove fried rice from pan, and move to a plate or bowl. Enjoy!
