Instructions
Step 1
Place a large pot over high heat. Add in olive oil, onion and lentils. Sauté for about 5 minutes add in seasoning and sauté an additional minute. Add water give a good stir and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally until thickened. Serve with a lemon wedge, sprinkle of parsley, green onion and plain yogurt or sour cream if desired.
