Instructions

Step 1
Wash sabudana till water runs clear (mumma says don’t wash)
Step 2
Soak it in water to cover it about 1/2 -1 cm above the sabudanas (excess water = sticky)
Step 3
Cover n let soak for 3-4 hours minimum. Sabudana will absorb the water and swell
Step 4
Add crushed roasted peanuts , add salt , chilli pwd and sugar to swollen sabudana
Step 5
Mix well with hands n keep aside 5 mnts
Step 6
In big pan heat ghee
Step 7
Add jeera n splutter 2-3 seconds
Step 8
Add kadi patta and green chillis
Step 9
If u are adding chopped potatoes then Add & cook we’ll till done
Step 10
If not then directly add sabudana mixture & stir it continuously
Step 11
Add salt while stirring
Step 12
Keep stirring till sabudana turns light n soft n u can sense the ghee being released from it
Step 13
Switch off gas
Step 14
Add lemon coriander coconut
Step 15
Done
