2 tspchia seeds

2 tspground cinnamon

1 tspground nutmeg

1 tspground ginger

½ tspbicarbonate of soda
For frosting:
Instructions
Step 1
Blend oats into a fine flour mix in protein powder, spices and bicarbonate of soda
Grate carrots and squeeze out the juice mix all together Chop dates into small pieces mix in raisins dates and milk Bake for 35-40mins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit/175 degrees Celsius Combine vanilla and yoghurt together to make frosting (let cool completely)
