1 lbfresh egg noodles

8green onions
cut into 2" lengths, separate the green and white parts

0.5onion

1 ozchives
cut into 2" lengths

4 ozbean sprouts

1 Tbspsesame oil

¼ tspmsg

Instructions
Step 1
Cook your egg noodles per package instructions. I used fresh noodles that only required 10 seconds of boiling. Drain and fluff the noodles to release the steam then set aside till you're ready to pan fry.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce by mixing together all the ingredients.
Step 3
Heat up oil in a wok and add in your sliced onions and white part of the green onions. On medium high heat cook till it's slightly charred then add in your bean sprouts, chives and the rest of your green onions. Cook until soft and set aside.
Step 4
Heat up more oil in your wok and add in your cooked noodles. Flatten it out and add more oil to the edges and cook till the bottom is slightly charred.
Step 5
Flip your noodles over then repeat. You want your noodles fluffy with a slight pan crisp.
Step 6
Pour in your sauce and mix well.
Step 7
Add in your cooked veggies, msg and sesame oil.
Step 8
Toss it all together and enjoy!
