Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the honey, soy, sauce, hoisin sesame oil, Chinese five spice and pork and marinade as long as possible minimum 1 hour.
Step 2
- Boil chicken stock
Step 3
- Let simmer for 30 minutes
Step 4
Cook pork for 30 minutes
Step 5
- Add pak choi, lemon juice and soy sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes
Step 6
- Add noodles and leave for two minutes
Step 7
Serve it all together with the pork
