Instructions
Step 1
Chop or grind broccoli, mushroom, and garlic in a food processor. You may chop it by knife and leave it chunky as you like.
Step 2
Heat and add oil to a large pot
Step 3
Cook the ground veggies in the pot for 5 min or until water has dried/starts sticking to the pot. Add corn and cook for a minute more.
Step 4
Add stock and scrape any food stuck to the bottom.
Step 5
Add black pepper powder and boil the soup.
Step 6
You may add cooked chicken/soft tofu/shrimp to add protein to your soup.
