Step 1
1: Place the minced beef, onions, ginger, tomatoes and garlic in a pan. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until the meat is cooked through. 2: Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 5 - 10 minutes, adding a little water if the mixture is too dry. 3: Serve with vegetables, rice or a baked potato.
