Instructions
Step 1
Cut and cook bell peppers and onions until translucent.
Step 2
Cook pasta
Step 3
Cook ground meat with taco seasoning, chili powder, and garlic powder, splash of water, red enchilada sauce.
Step 4
Add peppers and onion mixture, cooked pasta, blended cottage cheese, Cheddar powder, Cheddar Cheese, nutritional yeast, and splash of milk to cooked meat.
