Step 1
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, and sambal in a small bowl
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and scallions and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for another minute
Step 3
Add chicken and lightly season with salt. Cook, breaking up with a spoon until chicken is cooked through
Step 4
Add soy sauce mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid is almost reduced
Step 5
Serve with lettuce, cucumber, cilantro, lime, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha
