Cut cabbage, mushroom, carrot, onion and green onion into bite sized pieces.

Cut ginger and garlic into tiny pieces. Cut preffered meat.
Sauce
Step 3
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Step 4
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Step 5
1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon ketchup
Cooking
Step 7
Fry oil with meat/tofu and garlic and ginger.
Step 8
Add vegetables, fry for 2-3 minutes
Step 9
Add udon noodle and sauce, toss for a few minutes

Garnish with sesame seeds
