cooking spray

1tortilla
or Aldi’s Fit & Active multigrain with flax flatbread wraps, If you don’t have these, I recommend using another multigrain tortilla since these crisp up better in my experience

¼ cupmarinara sauce

½ cupveggies
toppings, finely chopped, or pre-cooked meats

¼ cupshredded mozzarella cheese

italian seasoning

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with foil.
Step 3
Place the tortilla on the foil and spray with a thin layer of cooking spray.
Step 4
Once the oven is pre-heated, cook the tortilla for 6 minutes or until the corners are just starting to get golden and the cooking spray has mostly cooked off. An under-baked crust will result in a soggy pizza!
Step 5
Top with sauce, toppings, cheese and spices as desired. Careful not to overload with sauce or toppings since this will be too heavy for your tortilla to handle.
Step 6
Cook for another 6 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the tortilla is golden, but not too dark.
