I only really cook this for one person at a time as it does fill the whole frying pan. Very filling and it can be eaten at any time of day.

Ingredients

3eggs

cheese
of ham
Sliced, chopped

broccoli
Cooked, chopped

cauliflower
Cooked, chopped

black pepper
Cup of Pees

garlic
Instructions
Step 1
cook your broccoli, cauliflower and pees in a saucepan and set aside to chop
Step 2
Finely Chop your cooked veggies and add them into a bowl
Step 3
Into the same bowl, add the rest of your ingredients and mix well
Step 4
Heat up your frying pan and drizzle some oil of your choosing
Step 5
When hot add your mix into the pan and lightly shake to evenly disperse the mixture
Step 6
When cooked on one side, flip and don't worry it does often break due to size and weight but this is okay!
Step 7
Once fully cooked, serve with more black pepper and sauce to garnish
