Step 1
Take a big mixing bowl. Add the sprouted and boiled moong. Next add the chopped apple and cucumber and season it with salt and other seasonings of choice.Add the pieces of paneer after tossing it in some oil. Add a tbsp of greek yoghurt for dressing
