Instructions

Step 1
Mix the yogurt, egg, 50 g of the oil, sugar, salt, pepper and oregano.
Step 2
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and soda. Add the dry ingredients to the other bowl.
Step 3
Let sit for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add 1 tsp of oil to the pan.
Step 5
Take 1 tsp of the mixture and place it on the pan. Form a pancake and bake it till it is golden brown from both sides.
