Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to gas mark 4
Step 2
mix flax and water to make egg substitute and leave to sit
Step 3
mix sugar with oil and add in flax mixture
Step 4
add in ground almonds and oats and mix
Step 5
add in chopped chocolate and nuts and salt (may need small bit of maple syrup)
Step 6
roll dough into 10/11 balls and flatten
Step 7
cook for ten mins but check they may need 15 or 20 mins
