This is a beef stew recipe given to me by a girl I worked with at Aetna insurance company she was from Korea and she was a good friend.

1.5 poundsstewbeef

2 cupsmushrooms
fresh

3carrots

3celery stalks

1.5 poundsred potatoes
2cans of yellow corn

1 ½ teaspoonsalt

0.25 stickbutter

½ cuptomato ketchup

¼ cupworcestershire sauce

⅛ teaspoonblack pepper

2 tablespoonsgarlic powder

⅛ teaspoonchili powder

3bay leaves
large

1 quartcan tomatoes

3 cupswater
or chicken broth
Instructions
Step 1
Coat beef in flour , Fried beef in skillet until golden. Put water and tomatoes in pot add beef and vegetables then spices and let it cook for an hour
