Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients. Slice the garlic clove, spring onions, coriander and chilli (if using)
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over a high heat. To check the oil is hot, drop one cumin seed in to the oil. If it splutters. It is hot enough. Add the rest of the cumin seeds
Step 3
When the cumin stops spluttering, turn down the heat to medium-high and add sliced spring onion. Fry for 1 minute, stirring regularly
Step 4
Add the sliced garlic clove and sauté for another 30s
Step 5
Add the canned tuna, if using, and sauté for another 30s
Step 6
Add the ground turmeric and chilli powder and stir through then quickly add the cauliflower rice
Step 7
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent any sticking
Step 8
Squeeze in half a lemon and sprinkle over coriander and extra sliced chilli. Turn off heat. Serve with yogurt.
