Instructions
Step 1
Fry blended ingredients until aromatic, add lime leaves, then add chicken. Fry until chicken change colour. Add water to further cook the chicken
Step 2
Once chicken cook & sauce start to reduce, add tempe & basil. Mix
Step 3
Add tomato & off fire
Step 4
Prepare banana leaves, add a part of rice, add toppings, add another layer of rice. Wrap & pin the sides. Pan fry.
