Instructions
Step 1
Mix okonomiyaki flour, water, and eggs. Add cabbage mix well.
Step 2
Heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. Add half of the mixture onto the frying pan and spread until it is the size of a large pancake.
Step 3
Place the bacon or pork belly on the top of the pancake.
Step 4
Cook for 3-5 minutes and then flip over. Cook another 4-5 minutes and flip over again. Cook until golden brown and cooked throughout.
Step 5
Serve on a plate generously dressed with okonomi sauce, Kewpie mayo, seaweed/furikake and bonito flakes.
