Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the pork chops with oyster sauce and pepper.( 30mins)
Step 2
After marinating coat the pork chops with cornstarch, flour and Cold water.
Step 3
On a medium heat, fry the pork ( set aside when its half way brown)
Step 4
Set aside for 3 mins, While the pork is chilling.Turn the heat to medium high then fry again. ( 3 mins)
Step 5
Strain excess oil

Teriyaki sauce:

Step 6
In a bowl, mix your soy sauce, mirin/sugar, ginger, garlic , and cornstarch.
Step 7
Pour your teriyaki mixture in a pan. Stir constantly until your sauce thickens.
Step 8
Coat the pork chops with the sauce
Step 9
